Mehrangarh Fort would probably be the second attraction in Jodhpur (next to the Blue City) attracting a lot of visitors both foreign and local alike. The fort provides a breathtaking backdrop to the blue city of Jodhpur (amazing isn’t it). You would definitely see it almost everyday if your hostel has a rooftop (a lot of hostels have).
If the fort is awe-inspiring, the insides are more fascinating. The fort also houses a museum that showcases the authentic stuff used by the previous rulers of Jodhpur. I’ll spare you from my blabbering and show you some pictures of Mehrangarh Fort. ![]()
