Some cities are incredible, especially during summer when the weather is at its best and there is an exciting vibe with everyone outdoors basking in the sun.
I’d like to focus on 5 of our favorite cities you won’t be disappointed to visit this holiday.
This is a lovely city you wouldn’t miss to visit and explore in the warm summer. Strolling around outdoor attractions such as Gaudi’s Park Guell, hiring a bike to zip along the seafront are some of the exciting activities to help you make most of the sun. Just in case you want to cool off, there is ample shade in the medieval streets just for you. A beach exists too for a relaxing afternoon or morning lounging on the sands to harmonize your sightseeing.

Rome, the perpetual City and the capital of Italy, is the most inspiring city with an abundance of great historic edifices and monuments. If you visit Rome at the peak of summer you may opt for a trip to the coast at Ostia about twelve miles away to enjoy a good sandy beach and can cool off in the waters of the Mediterranean. A Rome city break is perfect for couples, Rome is an amazing option since it’s considered as a romantic city and certainly the place for couples enhanced by a relaxed atmosphere and the cordial people.

In Lisbon, you’ll fall in love with the old – world charm in the city whether you hop on the century-old wooden tram or look out over the city from the Moorish castle of St George. Lisbon has a wilder side as you will discover if you slip into the summer bar and club scene. You could also spend time relaxing on the beaches of nearby towns of Cascais and Estoril.

Turin is best for sophisticated breaks. It is located on the northwest Italy and is best known for being home to Italy’s royal family. It is an awesome place for you to enjoy elegant al-fresco coffee shops, designer shops and an abundance of sophisticated restaurants. The City has an amazing grand, aristoctratic atmosphere with imposing boulevards and incredible buildings at every turn which offers a tantalizing bouquet of tourist attractions.

Sydney is best known for having one of the world’s most beautiful harbours. From Taronga Zoo to Circular Quay where the Sydney Opera House awaits, you can jump on and off to explore a variety of Sydney’s best known attractions. New to Captain Cook Cruises tour which includes a ferry ride to Taronga Zoo, Zoo entry and a whale watching cruise departing from Taronga Zoo Wharf is just something you can’t afford to miss since it lets you discover it all at your own pace. You can also hire a campervan from Sydney to then embark on a much greater tour of Australia, and see all the sights at your own leisure.
