I was walking along the shores of Daanbantayan in Cebu (Philippines) when I chanced upon two kids catching what seemed to me like Fugu or Puffer Fish.
They told me that it taste good though but I wasn’t really sure if it is safe to eat. I’m not that familiar with the varieties of Puffer Fish. All I know is that they’re poisonous to eat and only trained chef are allowed to prepare them in restaurants in Japan. Maybe this fish is a different variety though.
